PMD Press Logo
Back when the idea for Revery first entered my head, and I was struggling to actually write the story, I made a mock cover and threw together an equally mock publishing logo featuring a silhouette of PMD. Now that 10 Things is all but done and I'm starring at the real potential of actually publishing
PMD School Portrait
I was trying to relax one night and squeeze in a little more drawing, so I drew a Plunger Monkey portrait on my tablet. My dad suggested he might print it out and frame it next to the school portraits of his grandchildren, hence the title.
It’s Plunger Monkey Dynamo Time #47
The origin of the steampunk fish is a somewhat standard one for my brain. I awoke one morning with a vision of a goggles-wearing, flying, steampunk goldfish. Later that day I realized he belonged in IPMDT, and he fit perfectly into the flow of the strip at this point. He had a name, which
Mirawa Book 2
I don't have the full book title for this book cover commission I did in February, but it was a fun project regardless. I tried out some new methods and techniques on this one, as well as built several custom brushes and a tileable texture.
It’s Plunger Monkey Dynamo Time #46
I had fun with the line work on this one, though I'm not thrilled with how I drew myself, particularly in panel 3. I think I was straying too far from my desire to keep things clean and simple, I got too noodley with the details, and made myself not only look old (well,
Witch Book 4 Story Illustration
After finishing the fourth cover for L.S. Gagnon's The Little Witch series, I was asked to come up with some story illustrations for the four original novels to be used at a book convention to help promote the series. This image also posed some challenges, which I overcame by building several new texture brushes. In

It’s Plunger Monkey Dynamo Time #45
I really enjoyed the timing and pacing of this strip. I'm happy with the gestures in the first panel, as well as the sniffing expressions. Also, pancakes.
Thea: The Little Witch Book 4
My commissioned cover for L.S. Gagnon's fourth Little Witch book (as of this posting, I don't know what the subtitle is). I spent a lot of time building custom brushes for this one, mostly foliage related. There are definitely things I don't like about it, like it's too busy and lacks a focal point mostly.
It’s Plunger Monkey Dynamo Time #44
I really like this strip. I was very happy with how the gestures of PMD and I falling came out, the timing, even the dialogue (spelling mistake aside...I'll fix that for the book...). The only thing that I'm not sure about is the speedlineage. I think the gestures sell it by themselves, but I
